Description

Usually I go into a full paragraph on why I am selling a vehicle with a colorful story, but this one is going to be short ladies.Yesterday was my 30th birthday, can’t believe I’m saying that.In my mind we’re still in the 90’s (you remember the good years), and I’m still young.Turns out I have to be responsible now, so with that I pass this chariot on to someone who still has time to have fun. This is no reserve, whatever it goes for it goes for.

This is a 1993 Acura (Honda) Integra GSR which is the later year of the only 2 years these were sold in the US. Obviously a rare car, the first car sold in the states with a VTEC B-Series engine.Has the stronger GSR trans but is operated via cable instead of shaft which makes it a prime candidate for many swaps and the quite rare B17 engine. This car is part of my collection, which I am clearing out to make room for a new chapter in my possibly short life.Just sold my 97 3000gt vr4, next up will be the MR2s, but right now it is the GSR.Here are all the details on it, if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Exterior:Exterior wise the car is beautiful. No cheap ass re-paints like most Hondas this old, the paint just shines. The roof is a little faded and there are a few dings on the hood, but other than that the panels are great.Factory bumper lip is still there and in good shape, love the VTEC moldings, sunroof doesn’t leak, all the glass is good, all the emblems are there, the wheels are in good shape, everything works, not much else to say.Zero rust anywhere underneath etc…Zero wrecks on the Carfax which I ran before I bought the car, it has lived it’s whole life in the south outside of the rust belt.

Interior:Interior wise the only damage is a couple light cig burns on the drivers seat bottom but they don’t go all the way through.Otherwise the seats are perfect, the carpet is perfect, the dash, gauges, controls etc are perfect. The factory shift knob is cracked from just age and heat, easy to replace if you want.Headliner is perfect, all the controls work and YES the A/C works heat works only the radio doesn’t and that is just because I replaced the battery and haven’t bothered to get the security code since I listen to headphones anyways. You can get it from any acura dealer. There is a vibration noise under the dash somewhere sometimes, other than that it is very comfortable to drive. The trunk carpet has seen better days but the spare/tools etc are all there.

Mechanical:Mechanically the car is in the same condition, everything works like it should, brakes are good, steering good, suspension good, transmission shifts great in all gears, engine runs great etc…Engine has no knocking, smoking, or check engine light. It does have a minor oil leak from somewhere never bothered to find it because it doesn’t bother me.VTEC crosses hard like it should, the whole car is mechanically un-modified.It has never been modified and hopefully never will.I adjusted the valves after checking the timing belt which was still good condition at the time (yes it was done before I got the car) so they are good to go.It doesn’t overheat, or have any other driveability issues. The tires match and are in decent shape, if you let the car sit for a long time and fire it up dead cold you might get a puff of smoke but again that is normal for any older original b-series.It had a fresh oil change not 100 miles ago, I only drove it once a week every weekend to keep the rest of the seals good.It also recently had an alignment and the front brakes done.

Thanks for looking and good luck bidding, again this is a no reserve auction whatever it goes for it goes for, if you have any questions feel free to ask.
