Michael’s Motor Cars is pleased to offer on e-bay in a no reserve auction this 1991 Alfa Romeo 164 S sedan in russo red with dark gray leather interior. This is a two owner California Alfa that was purchased new in Anaheim, CA. It was transferred to its 2nd owner in 2000 in Costa Mesa, CA. A Pennsylvania collector bought the car in 2014 and it has been in dry storage since. We have complete service history from new including original window sticker. The exterior paint appears to be original with no accident damage however top surfaces have clear coat delamination as seen in photos. This is very typical of a California car in red paint. The good news is there is no rust on this vehicle! Exterior trim, rubber bumpers and lenses are all in very nice condition. Original Alfa alloys have chrome finish and are in nice condition. (We can give the buyer the options of original non-chrome alloys) Interior Leather is all original and in nice overall condition. There are no tears but leather seating is showing some wear as seen in photos. Leather upholstery would respond well to TLC and leather treatment. Dash, door panels, headliner and carpeting are all in very nice condition. The engine is strong and does not smoke, transmission shifts properly. This car still has very surprising performance. While this Alfa is driveable, we do recommend a complete servicing before any extended driving. This Alfa has a complete set of owner’s manuals.
