Description

Runs great! Starts up every time! Beautiful interior! Drives great! Fun ride! Great vibes! This was my 1st car, had since the mid 80's. Always babied & well maintained. I saved it all these years to fix up & pass down to my kids & as life would have it, time got away from me, kids have grown & I moved downtown so I can't store anymore. Aprox 110,000 miles, mostly highway, this little car has done route 66 at least 4 times! 5 speed. Great vibes in this ride. Would be an amazing gift for a graduate or maybe fathers day. Stored at my mechanics: Italian Motor Service in Spicewood TX. BJ the owner of the shop is a passionate know it all about Alfas, he is uber honest and will attest to the condition of the car. He has done the latest work on the car which came in around $4,000. Some engine and transmition work, New tires, suspension, refurbished rims, new battery, fresh gas & fluids. The only thing this car needs is new exhaust and body work. Additionally, I spent another thousand & I had the navy leather seats reupholstered, the interior is beautiful! Original carpet. Wood steering wheel and shift knob. The top is in good condition and the back window is plastic that is a little cloudy but not too bad. I have received a verbal estimate of $1,100 for the body and paint & BJ will charge $800 for a top of the line complete exhaust system BUT you can certainly drive her as is or go to a cheap muffler shop and get that done for around $350. If you look at similar cars on eBay, the ones with a good paint job all go for $12,000 up to $17,000 for pristine southern state cars. This is a Wisconsin car.Sold as is.No low balls will be considered. I paid $14,000 in the 80's. Over the years Ive paid for storage, shipping, repairs, maintenance and started the restorations... Im in this car for more than you can imagine and Im looking to deal with a buyer thats looking to make a fair deal. Thanks! You will sell her VERY quick at $10,000 (but most like this go for $12K!) and make a nice $2,000+ profit! More if you can do the work yourself. OR why not keep this amazing little, fun to drive, 5 speed, center dash shifting, wood steering wheel gem!
