1986 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce Red convertible

I have owned this car for a little over 2 years. This is my second Alfa Romeo. It stays garage parked and I can safely say I have driven less than 100 miles. The car is quite beautiful and my favorite body style. I have the history of the car and receipts of work on car. I am going to list below the things I have found. I love the car and intended on keeping as the value on these will go up, but I need the space in garage to park our other cars.
1. There have been no accidents reported on the carfax that was provided to me.2. There is an issue with odometer (arrived to me that way) it is frozen at 84,992 so I can't provide an actual mileage.3. There are some what appears to be gravel marks on the hood of the car. There were there at the time I purchased.4. The paint seems in good shaped except one place near the back fender.5. The 2nd gear you have to coddle but just ease into it and it works fine. Otherwise seems to make a sound of grinding.6. The cars in in garage most of the time but I do notice the battery drains quickly (even after a replacement. And there is a slow oil drip.I had same issues on my other alfa, Seems something was taking power. If I jump car it starts right off but it stays parked so much is the main issue is my guess.7. The center console might need replacing but for me just cosmetic reasons.8. The rear bumper always had duct tape on the plastic part. The bumper is secure just not the plastic pieces on side.These are the only things I have noticed

This car is sold as is with no warranty. I have included pictures of the engine, spare tire, jack, trunk and the gravel marks that appear on the hood of car. The original book and work history that I have will be included.
