1961 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider Project

This auction is actually for two cars, we have a 1961 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider and 1964 GT Stepnose. We get cars like this from time to time, the backstory with this pair is unfortunate but a story all to common with vintage cars. The prior owner of this pair contracted to have them restored by a shop in Southern California, the shop totally disassembled the cars and parts were bagged/tagged. Both chassis were dipped to strip all the paint and undercoating. Unfortunately, the shop went under shortly thereafter and the project stalled. I think that these need to go to an Alfa specialist or someone who is extremely familiar with both cars as its going to be a monumental restoration effort not knowing the model. I have a third Stepnose GT Veloce in the warehouse that is also a huge project, it could be included at a marginal additional cost to round out a 40ft ocean container.
