1961 AMC Rambler American convertible

Very rare 1961 Rambler American Custom convertible. Three on the tree. No rust, new tires and brakes. Motor needs to be rebuilt. Transmission & clutch seem to be in good shape. Replaced rotted fuel tank with fuel cell. Have not really driven the car because it smokes. Carpet needs replacing. Seats in pretty good shape. All the chrome is there and in good shape. Top is in fair condition. Power pump needs attention. Generally speaking the body is in great shape and the car is ready to be restored. Don't know if odometer reading is correct. Sold "as is" condition. You are encouraged and welcome to inspect the car or arrange for an on-site third party inspection before you bid. Buyer is responsible for vehicle pickup and/or shipping and any costs involved. Seller is not responsible for any damage incurred during vehicle transportation. An immediate deposit of $500.00 us is required. This deposit does not provide you with a chance to inspect to decide if you want to buy the vehicle. You have already purchased it. Balance is due within 7 days of auction close. For the balance due, we will only accept cash ON DELIVERY (in person) or a certified check. Vehicle and title will NOT be released until funds clear.
