This is a spectacular 1966 Austin Healey Sprite. Fully documented rotisserie restoration, 100% new, yet maintained original parts where possible, including the 1098 engine. Engine meticulously re-worked throughout and balanced to perfection. HEI distributor. Custom 5 speed (original ribbed-cage 4 speed in excellent condition and included). Rack and pinion steering, hydraulic clutch, electric fuel pump, twin side draft carburetors, oil cooler, stainless fuel tank and stainless fuel lines, stainless exhaust system, disc brakes, nickle brake lines, upgraded alternator system, high amp headlight relay harness, all new wiring harnesses, anthracite mini-lite wheels, all new interior, every part, bolt, gaskets, seals new. Many original parts in storage will go with it. If desired, this car can easily be returned to original with bumpers, etc. Although it has a custom appearance, it is not permanently modified nor molested. Incredibly smooth and stable, hands-off at 70MPH in over-drive on expressway - sticks to the road on high-speed country roads - pure fun. New sport suspension system is amazing. 40 MPG! Over $20K in it without factoring hundreds of hours of labor. This is easily an $80K plus restoration.
