1976 BMW 2002 E10
Description
Up for auction is my 1976 BMW 2002. It has a Polaris silver exterior and marina blue interior. The paint job is roughly from around 2001 or 2002, no idea who performed the paint work. The interior is somewhat worn but original, but overall is in decent shape. Headliner and dash are perfect. It has a turbo steering wheel that has been recovered in leather with M stitching. It has black recaro's from a 320is that are in pretty good condition. It also has original BBS RS's that have been refinished by E-Wheel Works in Mocksville North Carolina. Wheels alone cost me $2000 not including the cost of tires. The M10 engine is non numbers matching. The 4spd manual shifts smooth and no idea if it is original to the car. New Ireland Engineering ceramic coated stainless header New Ireland Engineering stainless downpipe New Ireland Engineering stainless exhaust Speedometer removed and odometer repaired by Hollywood Speedometer The speedometer and tachometer are operational, however the odometer was non-operational from the time that I first purchased the car until August 2017. Odometer has now been repaired by Hollywood Speedometer and the mileage is currently sitting at 120634. True mileage of the car is unknown. *car is not currently running because the battery is dead due to the recent cold weather* This will be repaired before being delivered to the buyer. It's a 1976 BMW......it has some rust spots, but nothing really bad. Also installed a new custom center console manufactured by Kooglewerks out of Santa Clara California. The car now has cup holders! I'd love to trade for an E36 or E46 M3. I have records and receipts in hand on this car going all the way back to 1976
