Description

Need to make space and free up some cash for my other projects this summer.. So I'm selling my finished winter project.. I purchased the car this Winter and had prepared it to be a solid daily driver for this upcoming summer. When I got the car it had been sitting for almost two years in the previous owners garage, I purchased the car from an older gentleman who had gotten the car from Florida... he put it away and never really drove it much. As soon I purchased the car I towed it home and began to work on it to get it perfect..
1- I replaced the head with a rebuilt one I had... And replaced all the belts including the timing belt, cam seal and water pump
2 - I installed a new Behr radiator along with a brand new Bilstein Fan Clutch and coolant hoses
3 - New o2 sensor, Temp sender, Temp sensor, Thermostat and Crank shaft position sensor and new interstate battery.
4 - Did a proper smoke test and replaced all the necessary vacuum lines and the breather hose
5 - Installed a brand new MTC oil pan and oil pump with new gasket (old one had bad weld repairs)
6 - Installed new Fuel lines and rebuilt the brake calipers along with new cross drilled/slotted rotors and Hawk break pads
7 - Installed H&R sport springs with Bilstein struts, new front control arms, ball joints, FAG front bearings and new bushings installed
8 - Did a proper Valve adjustment with new centric wheels replaced and Rocker arm shaft plugs also new BMW gasket, new copper NGK spark plugs and a new Bosch fuel regulator
9 - Replaced all the Fluids along with a coolant flush, serviced the automatic transmission with new oil and filter, new Diff oil (royal purple)
10 - Just had a brand new rag/fabric top installed by "Best Yet Auto and Upholstery"
Other than the main stuff above I also replaced the front sport seats which were completely dry rotted with almost like new 325iS sport tan leatherette seats I sourced, I replaced the center console around the E brake as the old one was cracked, I installed new speakers because it had original speakers that were blown and I will include a brand new Pioneer head unit, the car currently has a working Alpine unit but its old and worn so I will include a brand new in box head unit with the car as well a replacement electric Antenna as the old one is broken. I drive the car daily and it runs perfectly, just as an M20 motor should, the engine pulls strong but at the same time is pretty damn good on gas, the Auto transmission is very smooth and works like new. The car will come with the 16'' BBS RS replica gold color rims as seen in the photo. The dash does have a few small cracks in it and the windshield has a few small cracks in it but not bad enough for me to want to replace it. Everything in the car works as it should including the A/C, I replaced the A/C pressure hose but it will need to be recharged (has been converted to R134). The odometer stopped working at 162k and the previous owner told me when I got the car it had aprox 168k on it... I've added maybe another 5k to that but since the car didn't have much history is why I replaced and rebuilt so many parts. The Tires have 85% tread on them and the paint shines very good (Zinno), I had the car professionally detailed and waxed with Aero wax for protection for 6 months.. It shines really nice, have only a few small blemishes that can barely be seen... The car has no rust or rot at all, its never been driven in bad weather or in the winter. This car really needs nothing, its ready to go as a daily right now, All work has been done within the last 2000 miles. I will also include some parts with the car (replacement gears for the odometer to make it work again), upgraded dash LED bulbs, a custom fit car cover and a back up ICV (idle control valve) as well.
*The back seat has seen better days*The paint has some blemishes on the hood and trunk, seems like hard water marks.*Dash has 3 cracks and the windshield has a few small crack pointsCall me if you have any questions Cell # 347-486-1987 Phill
