Description

Up for sale is an all original unmodified 1991 E30 318is 5 speed. Super fun car to drive, quick and 28-30 mpg highway.
Vehicle is rust free, runs perfect, idles perfect, starts every time, zero leaks and has a new 7/19 VA inspection sticker.
I just had it titled in my name (9-21-18) and the title is CLEAR. I'm not sure why autocheck says what it says but the car has a clear clean title. See picture. (the info crossed out is my address)
All windows are in excellent condition & original BMW glass, Fenders all have original vin tags, everything works, gas gauge, speedometer, odometer, temp, etc.
All lights and signals work as they should.
Tires(95% tread), shocks, brakes and clutch are all in excellent condition and do not need replacement.
Also, has recently installed H&R red sport springs and yellow bilsteins shocks & struts.

I have a near perfect replacement M style steering wheel that I will include with sale.
No leaks, very well maintained mechanically.
Underside of vehicle is in excellent rust free condition, bushings and all suspension components are in excellent condition.

I took lots of pictures so you can see these is no rust(hood has a paint chip, not rust), it does have its share of bumps and bruises, but the car is extremely solid and reliable.
If restoring parts are plentiful and easily sourced or just drive it as is.
Vehicle is a perfect car for an everyday reliable driver, a running driving platform to restore, track car, or make into whatever you want.
My original plan was to restore the car, but lack of time & life circumstances will not allow me to pursue what I wanted to do with it. It needs to go to a new home where someone will love it and drive it. These cars are a blast to drive, easy to work on and are appreciating in value and 1991 was the last year for these vehicles.
I'm open to offers and am motivated. VA title in hand.
