1976 BMW 2002 Restored and Upgraded

Description

1976 BMW 2002 restored with upgraded with mechanical and cosmetic enhancments. The front bumper has been upgraded with a Bavarian Motor Sports Air Dam. The restoration was performed on a rust free car which was stripped to bare metal and refinished in a beautiful base coat/clear coat to a very high standard. The interior has been redone with factory Recaro seats and a sport steering wheel. VDO gauges were also added. The engine has been gone though, newe seals and gaskets, new fuel pump, dual Weber carbs with Ram filters, and ceramic headers and a chambered free flow exhaust. In adddition, a Bosch Hi-Energy coli and wire set up was used and a Bavarian Motor Sports short throw shifter and linkage was used. The suspension has new Bilstein shocks and the brakes have been upgraded to Brembo units. This is a great looking, running and driving example of a sought after model.
