This BMW 318i is equipped with an Manual Transmission. Odometer shows 198,096 miles (miles subject to change as these cars are available for test drive on our lot). It appears to have all the standard equipment. The exterior is Black in color and has Tan leather interior. The car runs and drives great, and the top has no visible damage or holes.The top does not go down for some reason, I’m not sure why, I push the button and hear no noise, might be a fuse, or something else, since I’m not mechanic keep that in mind when bidding.You are always welcome to call us prior to bidding to request any information for your reassurance of the vehicle.Please see photos for more detailed description of vehicle and its overall condition.

THE HOOD HAS SOME TYPE OF FINE SCRATCHES ON IT, PROBABLY COULD BE BUFFED OUT, DOESN’T SEEM TO BE DEEP, BUT JUST MESSES WITH THE SHINE A BIT, YOU CAN SEE THAT FROM THE PICTURES, SO MAYBE A BUFF/POLISH AND IT WILL LOOK BRAND NEW.

This vehicle is located at our car dealership located at (2241 Aurora Rd., Melbourne, FL 32935). To schedule an inspection please call 321-425-6313. We are Available: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday from 11am to 5pm EST.

We will not take the vehicle anywhere for inspection, you must arrange the inspection pickup/drop-off with your contact.Inspection must be paid for prior to the vehicle leaving the lot, we have too many folks wanting the vehicles inspected, never paying for them, and the mechanic shops trying to charge us for the inspection.

We reserve the right to end the auction early at anytime for any reason

We DO NOT ACCEPT TRADES, nor will we trade the vehicle you purchased for another vehicle we have listed on ebay!

We DO NOT SELL PARTS from the vehicle! The vehicle is sold as is and will not be parted out!

We welcome and HIGHLY advise personal inspections prior to bidding.

All sales are final and there will be no refunds.

Please do not bid and win an item with the intent of inspecting after auction end. All inspections and discussions will need to be had PRIOR to bidding/buying.Once the bid has occurred or the “Buy it Now” button has been pressed the vehicle is yours whether you have inspected it or not.

We reserve the right to end the auction early.

CONCERNING SALES TAX:

Buyers are required to pay the sales tax on the winning bid amount to their respective county and state they reside in. You will also be required to pay the registration transfer fees and any back due registration fees what ever they may be

CONCERNING PAYMENT FOR VEHICLE:

Payment Terms

After the auction is complete, a non-refundable $200 deposit is required immediately.

If we do not receive a deposit of $200 immediately, we will relist the vehicle.

· Payment in full and ID are required to release any vehicle

· Vehicles not picked up within THREE (3) days of end of auction will be subject to a penalty of $60.00 plus $25.00 PER DAY in storage fees, unless arrangements are made with staff via documented correspondence through Ebay. (storage fees are not negotiable and must be paid prior to release of vehicle).

· Vehicles not paid for and picked up within THREE (3) days of end of auction will result in buyer’s privileges revoked and vehicle to be re-listed on Ebay.com

All taxes, fees, and penalties due to the DMV, are the responsibility of the buyer.

If purchaser is in the state of Florida, you must pay tax and tag before leaving with the vehicle.Tax is 7% of sale price and tag is $80 to transfer or $360 for a new tag.

CONCERNING VEHICLE PICK-UP:

Pickup must occur within THREE (3) days of the end of the auction, unless other arrangements are made with us. There will be a storage fee of $25.00 per day for any vehicle left on our premises after this time, unless prearrangements are made.

The winning bidder is responsible for picking the vehicle up at our Car Dealership, located at (2241 Aurora Rd, Melbourne, FL 32935).
