Beautiful '1973 2002 BMW a complete window out, bare metal, restoration on this southern automobile. Header panel is of the later model and Grill is the later model replacement. All trim work and chrome bumpers are OEM. All trunk and door seals have been replaced. Operating sunroof. Original, saddle brown interior is in beautiful condition as is head liner and visors. Carpet is nice without any stains. Beautiful Enrico Nardi Sport steering wheel and AM/FM cassette player. 2 speed wipers function. Dash has one small crack in it and is original. All gauges and tachometer work correctly. Heater blower motor works intermittently when put on and should be replaced. The A/C does not operate. Tail lights and housings, parking light housings with lenses are OEM. Complete braking system, rear drums,shoes, wheel cyl.,front left and right calipers,hoses,and pads have been replaced. Engine runs cool with a rebuilt Webber carburetor and has headers with complete new exhaust. New clutch, and pressure plate have been replaced with smooth shifting 4 speed transmission. Drive shaft center bearing has been replaced. Trailing arm bearings have been replaced. Brake and clutch pedal shafts have no wear at all. 13" Inkie basket wive wheels with (4) 175/70R13 Doral tires. I bought the wheels from another 2002 enthusiast and were never mounted and came with the original boxes. A '1971 2002 comes with this sale and is a parts car. It has a rebuilt engine in it. 2 nos front fenders and many extra small parts The asking price is what it cost just to do the restoration. The actual mileage is 137,470. Title states 136,458.
