The car is EXTREMELY CLEAN for a 1986, thecar runs and drives as it should. It is a 2-owner car, firstowner boughtit new at Tom Hesser BMW in Scranton, PA. He traded it in and the 2nd owner purchased it at 20,537. I acquired the car a few months ago. The previous owner recently lost his wife and is moving into assisted living. He had it covered and "PA classic tags" onit when I went to pick itup. He indicated that the vehicle has ALWAYS been garage kept and NEVER driven in the rain or snow. Nice gentleman and I could tell he was sad to see it go.

The chassis is tight and handles fine. The car drives down the road fine, nopulling, no shaking, no issues. All shocks and struts are in good shape and show no signs of leaking.

All climate controls work as they should. Heat and A/C work in all configurationsand fan speeds, including rear defrost.

Clean PA title in hand.
As you can see the car was loved and properly cared for, but the car is not without flaws. Listed below are a few of the flaws found during my ownership:
The Carfaxshowsa minoraccident-The left fender was repaired / replaced and is VERY hard to tell.I'm extremely impressed with the quality of repair that was done.NO repairs are visible inside or out. The car has some chips on the front end and have been touched up, buthard to see from a few feet. The driversseat bottom is showing signs of wear and not muchelse can be done to save it other than replace or have repaired. The dash has a few cracks, they appear to have been "filled in", but are still present when looking for them. The windshield has a small "spaw" that was repaired, but still visible. The orig. floor mats / carpet have some stains- these may come out with a serious cleaning, butI have not tried personally. As I mentioned above the radio volume cracks when first turning on (I blew the dust out and worked fine for a day or two), also as mentioned above- the temp gauge works fine, but sometimes needs a slight tap on start up.
I have put around 250 miles on the car since I've had it. I just don't have room for it. I own my ownindependent BMW dealership / repair shop for the past 21 years, I own afew other E30's myself and we know these cars inside and out.I would love to keep this for my son, but he's only 13 and I just don't have the room.
Please ask questions. Come see the car in person.
