Description

1975 BMW 2002. 161,000 miles. 2.0 4-cylinder, 4-speed. Runs and drives well. Weber carb, aftermarket header and Ansa exhaust. Original engine, transmission is not original to the car. Driver floorboard needs replaced/repaired,passenger floor is soft, some fiberglass patch in trunk. Rockers have some rust but aren’t horrible.Interior is complete, but could stand to be refreshed. Wheels are powder-coated.purchased here on eBay in 2007, have most of receipts from work that was done to car at that time. Car has been driven regularly, but has been stored outside most of the time since then. Hood has been repainted, and doesn’t quite match rest of car. Clear-coat is faded and peeling in places. Radiator is not original. Car runs and drives, shifts and stops well. That being is said, is by no means a daily driver. It needs further sorted or restored, unfortunately that is above my skill level. Would make a great winter project, or running driving project that you can enjoy while fixing up.I have posted pics to try and fairly represent the car.I am not an expert in these cars by any means, but will do my best to describe car to the best of my ability. I am able to send additional pics to a serious buyer. It is currently stored at my storage shed, and I am out there most weekends. You are more than welcome to call me on my cell (217) 494 622-three or come see the car in person. Car is currently in Sherman, IL 62684, and must be picked up there. I will assist with shipping, but shipping charges are buyer responsibility. $250 deposit due within 24 hours of the end of the auction, balance due within 7 days or when car is picked up, whichever comes first. I will accept PayPal for deposit, but request balance in cash at time of pickup, unless you are willing to eat the PayPal fees on the transaction. I am a long time eBay seller, over 20 years and have 100% feedback. My reputation,I feel, speaks for itself.
