Description

Runs great and looks pretty amazing considering its vintage. Known system/gauge issues are: non-functional a/c, heater & odometer. Known cosmetic issues are: cracked dash, original seats in need of repair & less than factory perfect paint job. Having been the owner since 1992, I still love to get this car out for a drive w/ the top down on a windy country road. Will miss that when we part ways, but I've recently changed careers and it's time to sacrifice some of life's simple pleasures and let someone else enjoy this one as I have all these years.

Mileage is listed in the "Item Specifics" section above as 160 and was supposed to read 160k or 160,000 miles. Since the odometer quit working at ~140k --& it's mostly been a joy-ride-around-town type of car with special occasional trips to Nashville, Birmingham and even more rarely Atlanta-- this is my best guess at how far the vehicle has actually traveled over the course of its lifetime.
As for the top, it is manually operated and can be raised or lowered in and out of the housing compartment although the handle used to open the compartment is cracked [Having just replaced the drivers' side door handle, my guess is this is a $60 part]. Shows no wear cosmetically except for what appears to be a faint mildew accumulation that has been removed in times past using a mild solution of bleach and water. Some leakage near window intersections has been observed during heavy rain.
