BMW 318is Great Condition LIKE NEW

For Sale is my 1991 318is purchased back in 2003. NO RUST ANYWHERE !!!Keep in mind that i have only taken this out for testdriving after any work performed. I never intended for this to be any type of project car, but i just kept upgrading and removing the old and putting in new.It all started because I purchased and gave the seller a deposit for the ca, and to be picked up therolling day. Turns out thatevening the car, parked on acorner street was slightly crashed int, hit and run (Front Drivers fender and hood was damaged ) Well I got this car with no additional monies being exchanged due to the damage. Purchased these parts and Project Started !!! Over the course of the years I have done the work mysel, was my way of mental relaxation and selfsatisfaction.In finding out these particular cars had a problem with the profile gasket, I decided to change this out. Upon tearing dow, I figured Why Not Go All The Way to the head gasket, as it was leaking some oil. Removed hea, had it inspected, pressure tested, new valves weresuggested and installed. The timing chain, chain tensioners,water pump,radiator hoses,heater hoses,were all changed! Throttle Body gasket and hoses were also changed .The block was inspected and cleaned, all corresponding parts wereinstalled ! While motor was being worked on transmission was removed, cleaned and fresh fluid was added.Rear main bearing seal changed out.New motor mounts installed. New aftermarket cold air intake installed. ( Original Air Box is included ) The alternator, power steering pump have been changed. The air conditioner is disconnected and no belt is on. Air cond.wasn't working prior to work.(Condenser and Drier are new ) While engine waslifte, I also changed the power steering rack(rebuilt). Oil pan was removed becausecooling fins were chipped, so a new oil pan and a new gasket was installed. Front end had new control arms with bushings, new stabilizer bushings,new inner and outer tie rods with WheelAlignment, New Front hub, rotors,and brake pads. Rear rotors and brake pads done as well.Rear end had half axels changed, were leaking grease. Rear diff, was toped off, and cleaned. New rear shocks and upper supports. 4 new Faulken Tires installed on original basket weave rims with new center caps. Underneath New center bearing on driveshaft, New Guimbo Disc ! Exhaust is ne, convertor remove, new pipe and SS flow thru with new muffler .The fender and hood were changed out with new after market pieces. My faultthere because Ididn'talign perfect ( Just off maybe an 1/8 inch ( can be adjusted by body shop or leave as i, only noticeable because I have to mention all ) I had the car painted 08-02-2012, over $1400 spent with receipt ( I asked for extra paint on hand if needed) NOTE I began putting bumpers and moulding back o, and have caused some tiny tiny scratches and chips at spots. Tiny but I must mention. My problem is Im doing this by myself. The interior is in excellent conditio, no cracks on dash or torn seats. (Driver Seat Leg Bolster has one spot that seems to be starting to wear, Ibelieve that some type of adhesive will stop this from getting any worse) There is some peeling of material from side of passenger seat (shown in photo). I have never tried tostretch and repair. Never had original radi, but removed old Pioneer Stereo and installed a new Kenwood Stereo . The shifter cover is used, but in decent condition. I have included a new cover but not installed. I also have included but not installed drivers side window trim. Rear Trunk is in mint condition, all Tools includedADDITIONAL PARTS CHANGEDWater Pump and Thermostat, Cam Sensor, Crankshaft Sensor, Electric Fuel Pump,Starter, Good Used Wiper Motor, New is LI, Hold Down For Spare, New Bulbs For Fog Lights, Side Markers, Brake LightsAlso this year had new fuel lin, new fuel filter !Items Known to need attentionDrivers door only opens drivers door, Passenger Door opens all. Passenger window at times goes up very slowly buthasn't done itrecently, Rear Ash Tray is MissingI have tried to describe this car to the best of my memory and ability. Its a very sought after car for Engine Swap . But being a 4 cylinder its a great gas saving commuterHad sold but buyer neverfollowed thru!!Have taken car out for test runs,Handlestight and very responsive. Yes its a 4 cylinder but has great power, Had it up to 90mphI have the original Motor TrendMagazine From 1991 with thereveiw of this BMW 318isI had Listed this car two years ago and was not going to take anything less than $7000BUT IM DONE, Im Retired and its got to go from my garage IM MOVING TO START ANEWSo Im Starting it at a low amount and no reserve .Good Luck And Ask All QuestionsOver the course of the years I have taken many photos and am proud of this Car
