Michael’s Motor Cars is pleased to offer on e-Bay this 1973 BMW Bavaria in original Atlantik blue with black interior with only 62,664 miles. This car has been a southern California car most of its life having arrived in Pennsylvania in 2013. We have all original books and manuals including service book showing service up to 56000 miles. It was purchased new at Ocean View Motors of Santa Monica, CA. Bavaria model with factory manual sunroof and automatic transmission. Floors are all original and rust free, front and rear strut/shock towers are original and rust free, including battery tray. Rocker panels are original and straight with no rust, with minor paint bubbling on forward edge. (as seen on pictures) Jacking points are all original and solid. Trunk floor is very solid. Overall paint is in nice condition, minor scratches and blemishes consistent with age of vehicle. Bumpers, lenses and glass are all in nice condition. The interior is original in correct black vinyl material. Overall condition of vinyl seating is good with one tear in front passenger seat. Dash has normal cracks due to sun exposure. Carpeting, door panels and headliner are all in original condition and in nice shape. Original sunroof is working correctly. All gauges are working and all knobs are correct and original. This BMW has a Nardi style wood wheel, newer alloys, and Weber Carb upgrade kit. This car does run and drive. Engine is strong and does not smoke excessively, however, we would recommend a complete servicing prior to using the car for regular use. This is a presentable, project BMW Bavaria with a little TLC would make a great car! It can be seen and test driven from our Lancaster, Pennsylvania showroom.
