I've collected cars for over 40 years and have never seen or heard of one of these special edition Buick's before built in Cali, sold only in Cali (Oakland Tracy Buick ) For only 3 year, Built to compete with the ford Mustang California Special. It was touted as a "Junior Supercar", built specifically for the "golden Staters ". This Special Edition came in only two colors platinum mist and artic whit, bench sea, column shift. This one is optioned with a tilt wheel and ICE COLD factory AC, !!! Please look at the pic with the original OK buick stamp on the original frigidare ac compressor !!!! Body panels are all original, margin lines are perfec, paint is flawless!!! Interior is original and perfect. Gauges are crystal clear and function perfect. Underside is so clean you could eat off of her. Records show between 399 and 1200 were built .No exact number is known . Factory Mags with Hoosier raised white wall tires . Manuel drum brakes function perfect, power steering is great. Engine detailed out nicely, bone dry under car ! No Leak's. Super smooth Buick drive floats down the road . Fly in and drive it home .
