Description

Up for bid is a classic 1963 Buick LeSabre 4 Door Sedan with a 401 cubic inch Nailhead engine. The vehicle has an automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, and includes the original purchase order, owners manual, and accessory guide sheet. I have a clear title as well.
The car has been sitting since 2003, but it runs and drives great! Odometer shows 25,438 miles, but I am sure it has rolled over once or twice.I have a video on youtube showing the engine running, you can view it here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wj6rObjGJt8&feature
I just replaced all of the brake components which includes:
  • All new brake shoes
  • All new wheel cylinders
  • All new rubber hoses
  • All new hard metal brake lines
  • New brake master cylinder
Other work:
  • Just rebuilt the carburetor
  • New fuel filter
  • New set of points
  • Fresh oil change
All of the lights, radio, wipers, etc. work as they should. The blower motor for heat works if you bang on it, so it probably does need to be replaced. The interior could use some work, unless you are like me and like it to have that special “worn in” look. The floor pans and trunk pan appear to be fine. There is some rust on the body mounts and a few spots on the rear bumper (shown in photo), but it is a pretty solid car for it's age!
With the solid frame on this baby it would make for a great rat rod, restoration project, or even just an every day driver car. Feel free to email me if you have any questions or would like to make arrangements to see or drive the vehicle.
Please do not ask about the reserve price, I encourage you to bid what you feel the car is worth.I am trying to keep the auction fair to all bidders, so I will not be giving away the reserve price to anyone. Vehicle is sold as is, where is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Buyer is responsible for pickup of the vehicle.
