Description

Up For A 5-Day No Reserve Auction Is This 1967 Buick GS 400 All Numbers Matching
Let's start by talking about the running gear the running gear is in great shape the motor has been completely rebuilt as well as transmission all with less than 100 miles Motor does not smoke knock or make any funny noises transmission shifts through all gears just like it should tires are old and could use some new ones brakes are low not quite sure if it needs a brake master cylinder or just the brakes to be bled but fires up and drives great down the highway
Body And PaintThe paint is original and doesn't show very nice The car can definitely use a paint job it has some scratches and nicks and dings here and there but again it is original and for being the original paint it doesn't look so bad body is super straight with no major dents Doors open and shut very nicelyThe car has a few minor rust spots on passenger side lower front fender and passenger lower quarter panel as you will see in the video clip listed in this listing not anything major at all The rest of the car is pretty much rust free although the pictures of the trunk compartment may look pretty bad believe it or not it is in good shape and very solid what you are seeing in the photo is surface rust
Interior
The upholstery is also original and for its age it held up pretty well driver seat has a small tear some of the seats are discolored as well as the carpet Dashboard has no cracks headliner is not sagging Center consul is in good shape overall the interior is notso bad at all
Ladies and gentlemen please keep in mind we are talking about a car that is unmolested the car has never been restored the way you see the car is exactly the way the car came from the factory it is 100% all original except for the aftermarket A/C unit located just below the dash
If you pay attention to the Photo I took of the number on the Engine Block it will match the number on the Vin tag indicating that it is the original engine for the car and if you run the numbers on the trim tag located behind the brake master cylinder you will also find that all of the colors on the car is original original bucket seat car with center consul again a Real unmolested GS 400 Big Block Car
