Ask yourself this, when is the last time you have seen one of these?A 1931 Series 90 Victoria Coupe at your Goodguys or NSRA show? I would be willing to say not many of you have. They are unique and rare and for those of you who want a chance tostand outat the next show you attend here is your chance. This car is as unique as it is well preserved. Shipped to the east coast from California this car is in about as good of shape as youcould ever hope to find one. Coming out of a private collection this car has been well cared for and maintained. This caris a pleasure to drive. I am selling this car for a very good friend of mine who has decided to thin downthe collection. I encourage you to come and see this car and seefor yourself just how nice it is. I can guarantee you this, you will not be disappointed.
This car was built in the late 80's with a mind for luxury and cruising. It is equipped with all the power options you wouldhope for, power steering and brakes, A/C, digital dash, power lumbar in the seats, disc brakes, and amodern running gear. She cruises nicely at highway speeds and is very easy to drive and enjoy. Throwyour arm up on the window seal, kick back in the seat, settle in for the long haul.
BODY
The car originally came out of California. You cantell by the body that it was well preserved prior to the transformation into a nice street rod. I have been all over the carand as of yet have not found any indicationofmetal repair. There are a few imperfections, VERY minor, one area on the bottom of the passenger door, one on the very edge of the fender near the running board where I can see a bubble or two, but again very very minor. After looking at the car you will notice the quality all of the original sheet metal, fenders, bright work and wood work etc. This is definitely one of those cars you want tobuy already done. The paint on the car is in very nice shape. It is not perfect, but VERY presentable. The car was completed in the late 80'sbut has always remained ina garage and out of the elements. It is straight and it really looks good out in the sun.
INTERIOR
The inside is full of comfort. The seats have power lumbar supports and are covered ina very nice tancloth upholstery. It has a back seat and according to Buick is a 5 passenger coupe. You have an overhead consolewhich houses a CB radio and stereo (not currently working).A digital dash resides in the original Buick housing. Tilt wheel, power steering and brakes, A/C and power windowstake careofall the hard work on the inside. It is comfortable to ride in with a very nice ride quality and it handles and steersand stops very nicely.
DRIVETRAIN
The drivetrainwas all installed at the time of the build. The odometer shows total mileage of justover 3000 miles. It has a 350Chevy small block with a mild cam, a TH350 transmission that shifts very nicely, a late model Chevy rear with a good highway gear. Ithas good acceleration but also the capability to cruise at 70+. The car sits on its original leaf spring style suspension. It has a its original I-Beam front axle equipped withpower disc brakes. The car truly rides like amuch larger car, it just feels good out on the road.It soundsawesome with the dual exhaust. The only known issue I knowof on the car is theA/C does not work. It is an easy fix, call me and I willtell you in detail exactly what is wrong withit. It is only a leak, I have had it blowing ice cubes, but the way the original builder configured the lines causes it to leak.
