Description

1994 Buick Roadmaster Limited

Traditional GM car, built for the American Highway

This is my Dad’s 1994 Buick Roadmaster. He bought this car brand new at Biermann Buick in Jerseyville Illinois in March of 1994 and drove it home to Colorado immediately. The first picture is the car with about 1000 miles on it, right after he drove it home. The rest are pictures of the Buick as she looks today. Dad was born into eternity in February and one of the last things he requested was that I sell his car upon his passing, so here it is.

This is the traditional GM car; body on full perimeter frame, rear wheel drive, big V8 power, automatic transmission. This is the last generation of the big, full size, six passenger traditional GM car, back when GM stood head and shoulders above the competition and wasn’t afraid to define the American automobile. This car is made for the highway; she cruises effortlessly at 75 miles an hour and just floats down the road. She will carry six passengers in comfort and style. This car has never seen a salty road or bad weather. Dad drove her home to Colorado and then to his home in southern Utah some years later. She has always been parked inside out the hot sun and it shows. The leather seats and dash and landau roof are as soft and pliable as the day she was made in the Arlington Texas GM plant, “Built in Texas by Texans” as stated on the door post. The Roadmaster is built on the ‘G’ model platform that GM used from 1926 to 1996. Not many cars can carry the pedigree of design that lasted 70 years. The white paint is bright and shiny. The mileage is a bit over 103,900 miles as I have been driving it since it’s in Illinois now.

She has a clear title and is ready for a caring new owner who will respect her and enjoy driving a real American Classic. In March I drove the car from St George Utah to Woodridge Illinois and it ran perfect. It easily swallowed mile after mile of highway without a bit of trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this car anywhere from coast to coast. Please look closely at the pictures. All the moldings are intact and straight. The body is straight and true. There are no rattles or vibrations of any kind. It runs down the road arrow straight. It doesn’t smell, it’s never been smoked in either. Winning bidder enjoys a full tank of gas upon pick-up of the car.

On Apr-17-16 at 11:36:54 PDT, seller added the following information:

I need to correct my answer to the 'asked' question above. The tires were installed on September 28, 2010 at Sears in St George Utah. The mileage at the time was 97,151. That would make the tire mileage at 6,805. Please note that approximately 1,850 of those miles were added during the drive to Illinois in March of this year. Also note the battery was new on March 5, 2015 at 100,925 miles, from Big O Tires in St George.
