Automobile is being sold in “AS IS” condition, no type of warranty offered or implied. Unknown mileage. Automobile is not currently running and buyer will not be able to turn it on. Buyers are encouraged to personally inspect the vehicle. Seller will make the car available for inspection and viewing where it’s currently located ( Los Banos Tire Shop).

As stated on auction: I'm assisting the owner of the vehicle in selling it, and in response to a question of an interested person, I need to update the information as follows with regards to what I had stated that the car does not turn on, the update is as followed:
Just spoke to the owner, car starts, just needs carburetor adjustments, distributor point adjusted, and leaking water from a hose, and some other details that because of the cars age and not knowing what these motors come with could require additional maintenance, but the car does turn on, It has a clear title, not salvaged, and is currently registered in the state of California and could be driven after the motor is fine tuned.
