***No I Am NOT Interested in Parting It Out So Don't Ask, I Also Don't Need Your Opinion, That's What Our Appraiser Is For*** Clean and Clear Title in My Name1936 Buick Coupe 40 SeriesModel 46 Business CoupeStyle No 36-4477BBody No 5467Trim 245 (Brown Bedford Cord)Paint 420 (Black)Chassis tag is still intact.Odometer 30615 A very solid start to a restoration or hot rod project, minimal rot, many new/NOS parts worth around $2k come with the car that are expensive and some hard to find pieces! Most of the rust you see is just that surface rust, comes off easily with minimal sanding which we did a few test spots on the car just to show that, there are very few spots that will need addressed/replaced such as the bottom door skins (typical), rear driver side lower rocker, the bottom of the rear window post and a couple small spots (smaller than the size of a quarter) in the inner fender wells and the trunk weather strip area. we bought this several years ago and started hunting down parts for the car not sure what direction we were going to go as we'd looked at building a period correct hot rod or potential restoration given the car was originally black with tan/brown interior, the low production number of the coupes and low body number #5467. Plus we had so many parts built up on it along with how solid the car was even the original wood. A lot of original pieces on the car that are hard to find like the original Artillery style wheels plus even have the hub caps! The rear leaf springs are impossible to find as they are the original steel wrapped leafs, Grills not too easy a find either or the original glass which i saved for templates along with the original glass for the front and rear lights, the front set has a brand new set of NOS (New Old Stock) Guide rings which i was the first to install for these pics alone and those were not cheap either to get. The seat is out of a 36' Chevrole, nearly identical, but i also have the original frame and backrests from the 36 that go with the car. No engine or transmission. For the right buyer we do have an optional 69/70' 455 Wildcat we had saved for this project if Interested The price is $12,500 OBO based on condition, production, past sales and the parts that are included, We will entertain serious offers, but we do not NEED to sell it either so I won't bother responding to low ball offers. I also do not need help sellin, i have plenty of experience selling my own vintage cars.
