Description

Listed for sale is a 1972 Buick Skylark four door. I have owned this particualar car twice during the past five years. It was sold by me several years ago and then came up for sale again about a year ago. It ran but the tranny was out so I purchased the car to "save" it and it has sat idle under a car cover for about a year. The car fires right up even after sitting for long periods. I installed a new water pump and radiator but have had little time for any other restoration. The car has very litte rust. The most noticable is the area by the rear glass. The front fenders, doors and lower quarters are in very good shape. The core support has rust under the battery tray but appears to be fine other than that. The trunk area is pretty clean as well. The interior is in good shape for being 46 years old. The dash pad has a couple os small craks on the ends but is in very good shape overall. The A/C worked in this car but the dash controls need some minor work to get that going again. This car is a great candidate for restoration or do some moinor repairs and have a great daily driver. The car will need a front end rebuild, tranny rebuild, and complete tune up to be roadworthy. However it is way to nice to part out. Please do not bid if you have a five or less feedback without contacting me first. I have clear Texas title in my name. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questons. Thank you

In going through the file from the previous owner there was an invoivce for over $800 of front end work. I belive that the ball joints would be the only necessary repairs needed on the front end at this time.
