Do you remember over the years passing up on purchasing a great classic car because it was a 2 door post instead of a coupe? Do you remember back when a Chevrolet Nova could be found everywhere for $1000 or less for a pretty decent car? Have you seen what these kinds of cars are worth now even in poor condition? It is amazing how the classic car market has grown both in desirability and value. That's one thing that is great about this Buick. It has not yet peaked in value and collectibility which means you could buy a very nice example like this one that will be very difficult to find in the future. You could buy this original car with only 94K miles, enjoy the car while taking good care of it, and have an investment that could be worth a considerable amount more as it becomes even more rare. No, you probably wouldn't take this down to the quarter mile strip on the weekends, just not that kind of a toy. But, it would make a great cruiser car for many different events or weekend getaways to your favorite destinations.

This Buick was owned by a veterinarian friend of mine for many years. It has been stored indoors and been very well kept. Obviously with only 94K miles it has been driven sparingly, and has recently been serviced prior to being offered for sale. This car drives straight, solid and true. It has a very smooth, comfortable ride and is an absolute joy to drive. This car has a very solid, durable, feel to it and what I believe is a better overall build quality compared to today's new cars with all of the cheap plastic parts.

This car is equipped with the 3800 V6 or otherwise known as the legendary 231 Buick V6 of old. These are great motors known for their simplicity, good power production, fuel efficiency, and overall longevity. With the time proven design of this engine and the convenience of reliable efficient fuel injection, it definitely hits the sweet spot of classic and modern. Enjoy the automatic transmission doing the work while you adjust the tilt wheel position for optimum comfort and relax in the leather upholstered seats. Heck, kick the Air Conditioning on high and freeze yourself out on a hot day, this A/C blows ice cold!

Just walking around this car I am absolutely amazed how nice the body and paint are. There are very few minimal flaws. Overall the original paint is in exceptional condition and does not appear to have had any previous paint work done . There are a couple of small scratches which I have got close up pictures of and used a #2 pencil as a relative point for you to see the actual size. The paint is glossy and shines, no noticeable fading or thin spots. The clear coat is not flaking or peeling, all very nice. One of the great things about Oregon is the mild climate means no salted roads. This car is RUST FREE! The body has no significant dents or dings. There are lots of close ups and angles on the photographs for you to study. This is a VERY NICE CAR!

The interior of the Buick is pretty well loaded with features. It has leather upholstery throughout and is equipped with power seat. The power seat does function if you are not sitting in it but doesn't like my weight, so adjustments need to be made while at a stop from outside of the car. It will need attention to work properly and should be an easy fix. It has air conditioning that blows ice cold, the heater works great as well. The dash is in really nice shape with no cuts, cracks or splits. The digital instrument cluster and gauges all work properly. The wood grain coverings are all intact and show very nice, not lifting anywhere. The headliner is in nice shape, no rips or stains. There are a couple of spots where the headliner is beginning to sag, and could be repaired (was quoted $200-$250 to repair at a local shop). The leather on the seats is very nice but does show minor wear and discoloration on bolster area and other high traffic areas of the seat. This does come with power windows that all operate as they should. The power locks functions as they should. The power mirrors both work great. This car even retains the original factory AC Delco AM/FM Cassette player that it came with when it was new and it works/sounds great.

Mechanically, this car runs really well and drives every bit as good as it looks. The engine does not smoke or make any funny sounds upon startup or when warm. The transmission shifts through all gears smooth and as it should. There is no pull to the left or to the right while driving down the road. Under hard braking condition, there is no pull to either direction. The steering is tight and responsive, the suspension is solid yet smooth. All four tires match and have good even wear with lots of life left. There are no known mechanical problems with this car.

Again, this is an all original rust free garage kept SURVIVOR car that is very nice throughout and will make someone a great car. This is a used car and while it is very nice, it is not brand new and will be sold as-is. It is sold with a clean Oregon title properly released so it will be easy for you to register in your area. I have done my best to accurately describe this car and disclose any imperfections that I could find. I have taken many pictures with lots of different angles and close ups. Please study the photographs and feel free to contact me after viewing pictures if you have any questions. LOTS of pictures and is best viewed on a laptop or computer vs. tablet or phone.
