1 1986 Buick 2dr Le Sabre Custom Coupe Eng 3.0, Front/wh, auto,pbrk.,pseat.,97k mi
This auction consists of:

1 1986 Buick 2dr Le Sabre Custom Coupe:
Engine: 3.0 V6 cast iron block and heads as they tell me.
Front Wheel Drive, Automatic Transmission, Power brakes, Power Steering, Driver Power Seat, Red cloth Interior, Red exterior paint.
Engine runs and starts, may need some tuning. One of the head gaskets need replacement, windshield wipers are not working, the two front windows need repair for the electric lift as the plastic guide rollers are broken from age, Original radio-cassette is not working. Gas gauge does not always work correctly (could be in the tank sensor unit, as with age they do wear) some small dents on outside surface, and on rear bumper.
There are rain drops showing on some of the pictures because we had just had some rain, and I was in a hurry before it got dark to take the pictures.
When was the last time you saw a car with a hood to open from the back, at the windshield, and hinge in the front over the radiator, as this model does? I would think you have not seen many, if any, in recent months.
Repaired the following in recent months or years:
Brakes were re-worked.
Some, maybe all of the brake lines had been repaired or replaced.
Replaced the alternator recently with a new one.
Replaced the belt and belt idler with new ones.
Replaced the battery with a good one.
Replaced the radiator with a refurbished one
(some hoses were replaced new).
Replaced the ignition coil module unit with a new one.
A full set of new Sears tires were installed (possibly in 2011).
Painting on the front hood and other parts were re-done soon after we got it.
The trunk and under the hood are both in good condition (some images here, below).
The engine does run good, does have a little noise as it starts, and goes away after a few seconds, this could be either lifters or piston pins...my guess.
If you intend to buy this, my suggestion is to either re-build the engine, or get a re-built, as these engines are harder to find in any good condition. Also, to restore such an engine to good running condition will increase the value of this vintage, considered antique car in 2016.
I have noticed that the available cars like this are now somewhat rare, and harder to find, since we bought this one.
A good investment, in my opinion, and if you want to make some money for future.
Interesting note: This car was bought new by an older woman who used it, until we bought it from her grandson. She had taken very good care of this car as long as she owned it. The exhaust system had been replaced just before we bought it. Other things, as her grandson told us had been repaired. It had been a one-owner and not used hard, nor much in the years the previous owner had it. Also, no accidents as far as we understand during the time both we and the former owner had it.
Since there may be other things I may have not mentioned, this car will be sold AS IS, with NO warranty or guarantee of any kind stated or otherwise mentioned.
This means that there could be things I have not noticed with this car, which should be fixed.
I also recommend for the buyer to use a trailer or car-hauler to transport this car as I do not recommend for the buyer to drive it any distance, because of the leaking head gasket (or other problem).
BTW... the state of Illinois now requires all vehicles, if towed with at least two wheels on the pavement to have valid license plates for the car, or a valid application. I am not sure that a signed title is enough.
A deposit payment is required to end the auction, and the balance to be paid at the time of pick-up.
