1975 Cadillac Sedan de Ville
Description
I bought this car from the original owner. He pampered it from the day he bought it to the day he sold it. It was always stored inside an never saw rain or snow. This car is powered by a 500 CI big block V8. It is a perfect combination of power and grace. These cars are rapidly gaining ground in the collector world. This is a very low mile example of a great collector car.
Styling changes for 1975 brought dual rectangular headlamp lenses flanked by rectangular cornering lights wrapped around the body. A new cross hatched grille also appeared. Sedan de Villes now featured slim triangular quarter windows that mimicked the coach windows that appeared on Coupe de Villes the previous year. New standard equipment included front fender lamp monitors, power door locks, high energy ignition, steel-belted radial tires. The 210hp 500 V8 replaced the 472 as the standard engine. Electronic fuel injection became optional in March 1975. Another option was the Astroroof with sliding sunshade that permitted use as an electrically operated sunroof or a transparent closed skylight. An ordinary sunroof panel was also available.
