1974 cadillac
Description
This is my 1974 Cadillac Coupe Deville. She is a nice car,but will need some TLC here and there. Little paint work(or a nice buffing again would do it wonders),interior is nice but not quite "perfect" but very close. Gets attention everywhere you drive it and for good reason.
The car is from Bianco Cadillac out of Corta Madera,California and was stored since 1993 until about a year and half ago. I replaced the main gas line, flushed the tank, went through the brakes, had the transmission serviced and it now runs good. Cruises down the highway at 75 with no issues. You might want to go through it one more time before you daily drive it just to be safe though. It has been sitting over the winter months.
The car has new rear bumper fillers installed and I have the original Chesterfield brown to match. I have been working on this car over some time and I like it('74 Cadillacs are my favorite year) but I just have way too much on my plate right now and would rather it be driven, enjoyed and finished instead of seeing it sit.
There are very minor rust issues around the right side side molding, but I have treated them and they will not be a huge ordeal to make right.
Top is great shape, carpet, headliner, dash has no cracks and nothing is missing. It's a complete Cadillac.
Has the optional push button emergency start button under the hood.
All power options work except the antenna(broken mast) and the left side drivers door lock. Everything else works great. 8 track sounds amazing.
I am including all manuals, factory dealer brochures, the original 1974 Cadillac dealer 8 track cassette and an entire leather case of classical 8 tracks for your listening enjoyment. I also have another dealer Bianco Cadillac front license plate frame for you as well. A rare piece.
I'm going to miss the car terribly, but I hope it can bring some fun and cruising enjoyment to someone out there. I know I had fun with it. She's a floater.
The car also has leather interior.
Original color: Chesterfield brown, saddle tan leather interior and saddle grain top. The car is not "mint" but a very clean and nice example of a '74 that will not be hard to restore if you wish. Or drive it-it's already been to car shows as is.
I will be uploading some more photos of it here by tomorrow, the trunk, engine bay and more interior pics and a rear shot.
