Description

WOW! you don't see these everyday unless you have one in your driveway.
The great thing is that this cadillac runs and drives. It has working cold A/C. The transmission and motor run great. It has a 472 motor with a 400 transmission. It could use some timing adjustments from what I'm told but it runs good to me. The body at one point got repainted before I got it and they could have done better job.
The main issues with this big girl is that the front windshield leaks some water from the top middle portion when it rains. The missing windowtrim is in the trunk. The other issue which you will see,is that the rear window also leaks water. The bottom of the rearwindshieldhas a visible gap....that can't be good. When it rains water leaked in and sat under the rear seat. That caused the seat belts to sit in a shallow pool and rust (was that way when I got it). The rear seat belts don't work. Also the rear doors on the botoom edge sat in that water I'm assuming, which accumulate under the seat. I don't know why the floor boards are not rusted through which appear to be in good shape.About 5 days ago when i had the car on a lift, I did not see any rust issues at all.
I recently had the car on a lift becauseI replaced the transmission mount (the car was starting to vibrate). Long story short the transmission mount is new but the holes don't align and I didn't want to drill new holes in the cross member. I left the transmission just resting on the cross member. I know I'm not the greatest owner which is why I'm selling this car. She needs a new home witha good owner who will give her the time and affection she needs. I got three kids and they take all my money (Excuses). Anywho.. the car needs tires too before hitting the road. They look ok but they got some dry rot. I didn't photograph because I didn't have room for more pictures.
The car is fun to drive and I love the looks and comments I get. It's just so old compared to all other cars on the road right now. Some things like the radio, cruise control, and door locks don't work. Door locks do make noise like they want to work but just don't go down.
Ask me any questions you want.. It's not perfect but sure is cool..My name is Rafael and you can message me through ebay. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
I'll work with the buyer, just makearraignmentwith me prior to bidding. 200 deposit and the rest in 7 days cash in person. If you don't got money, don't buy. Very simple. Also buyer is responsible for pick up. The time frame in which you must pick up the Cadillac is 7 days unless you makearraignmentsprior.I have a clear title in hand. I KEEP MY HARD COPY LICENSE PLATES. I'v sold so some cars in my lifetime and on a couple of those occasions they did some bad things with my Lp's so I keep them. You can get new ones when you register it. You can also get temporary ones if you decide to drive it home on a daring adventure. I wouldn't because of the whole needing tires issue. Some things I almost forgot, The gas gauge works! The spedo does not work although I see a new cable (probably not hooked up behind the dash). Windows work. Power seats want to work but just make noise as far as going back and forth. The seats do tilt/raise lower.
I'm sure I might have forgotten to mention some things but just ask anything and I'll do my best to answer. I drive this car on a daily basis, just not too fast because I don't trust my tires. I have done my best to list this item as accurately as possible.
If your not sure about this purchase just know that the motor alone is worth the price at which this auction is starting and look at my feedback!

Have a great day and God Bless America.
