The car is sold as-is with no warranty, refund, or exchange. This would be a good car to restore; has a new alternator and battery. The car will need the following: 1 front passenger tire, a trunk closing motor so the trunk can remain closed, a set of keys, the air conditioner does not work, 2-3 window motors will need to be fixed, interior leather seats are cracked, front hood has some rust near the front edge, a transmission seal needs replacing and leaks when the car is off, and all door latches except the driver door need adjusting so they can open and close easier. There is no reserve with this listing and all sales are final. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at the close of the auction and the remaining balance is due cash in person when vehicle is picked up within 1 week at the close of the auction.
