BEAUTIFUL CADILLAC FLEETWOOD BROUGHAM- ONE OWNER!
72 K original miles and immaculate inside and out. It has been garaged its entire life. I am the original owner holding clear title. The car has never been out of California and has never been in snow. In fact, it has not even been in that much rain! On many rainy days, I would use a second vehicle and keep the Cadi inside.
It was purchased off the Cadillac showroom floor in Walnut Creek, California. The exterior is a beautifulSilverFire-mist with gray leather interior.I have never allowed smoking, eating, or drinks in the car. The leather has been cleaned and conditioned regularly, and there is no cracking or tears on the leather seats or side door panels. The seats are as soft and supple now as the day it as purchased. Also- no cracking on the dash. Roof is original. It has also been regularly cleaned and conditioned with no cracking or tears. Original shag carpet. Beautiful chrome work.
The car comes loaded with all the nice 1980 Cadillac options including: cruise control, power windows, dual power seats, tilt and telescope steering wheel, sentinel lights, power side mirrors, rear window defogger, and power trunk lock. It also has a moon roof for those special open air drives. Air conditioning is working fine and running cold. Original radiosounds great. However, the power antenna does not work. I just keep the antenna up. Also, the headliner is sagging some, but I have gently tucked it to the molding to tighten it a bit. Fabric is in good condition.
The tires have almost no tread wear. Recently a new starter was put in, and a transmission leak and rear differential leak were repaired. The car is regularly serviced and inspected. She just glides down the road and runs very well.
There is some cracking on the front left bumper filler, hairline crack on front right bumper filler, and some separation on rear left bumper filler.
On June 9, 2016, it passed California enhanced smog check inspection. The emission control systems, visual inspection, and function check results all passed. This info is available to the public on the California DMV smog check site.
Included in the sale is the original key for the spoke wheels kept in locked glove compartment, 2 sets of original keys, and the 1980 owner's manual in very good condition. Own this pristine Cadi and watch it go up in value in years to come.

Note: On 6/21/16 I noticed the left rear window was not working correctly. It had been working prior to this. The left rear window is now in the up position and can not be lowered. The three other power windows are working fine. Also, a new 5 yearInterstate Mega-Tron II battery was installed June, 2016. Belts, hoses, and coolantcheck werealso done June, 2016 and passed inspectionby certified mechanic. Thank you.
