1993 CADILLAC ALLANTE - SUPER LOW MILES - ALL ORIGINAL - WOW!!!
Description
Here we have a practically new 1993 Cadillac Allante convertible. This car has only 10,400 original miles and was always garaged. Originally purchased new as a collector car, this being the final year of production. It was used very little but taken to the Cadillac dealer every year for service with the exception of a 4-5 year period where it sat. The clean Carfax shows this detail. The original owner passed away and the car was sold by his estate.
The Cadillac Allante is a two-door, two-seater luxury roadster produced by Cadillac from 1987 until 1993. The Allante bodies were designed and manufactured in Italy by Pininfarina and were shipped 4,600 mi to the U.S. for final assembly with a Cadillac chassis and running gear. Specially equipped Boeing 747s departed Turin International Airport with 56 bodies at a time, a very expensive way to produce a car! Introduced in early 1992 for the 1993 model year, Allante was scaled down to just one model this year, the soft-top convertible priced at $61,675. The 1993 Allante was also chosen as the 1992 pace car for the 76th Indy 500 Indianapolis 500, the pace car was driven by Bobby Unser. This also was the only year that has the Northstar engine, making it more desirable.
This car is all original including original paint top and interior. It is as new as they come. I believe the tires are original also. I used the car Saturday for 110 mile car cruise and it performed flawlessly. The tires have some flat spots when you first get started but they smooth out eventually. Included is the original window sticker and manual set.
