1990 Cadillac Brougham d'Elegance. 43013 original miles. I have owned this vehicle since September of 2012. I just lost my garage space so I am selling this fine Cadillac. A lot of work was done on the car over the years since I have owned the car. This Cadillac Brougham has the optional Chevrolet 350 V8 engine in it. The car has a sagging headliner and a rip in the front drivers side door. Car only takes premium gasoline. Work done on the car, All parts put on the car are brand new at time of service. 9/21/2012, radiator, upper and lower hoses, anti-freeze coolant, front shocks, steering damper shock, muffler, oil change, oil filter. 10/8/2012, Four new tires, Cooper Trendsetter-se, p235/75R15. Front tires grind against fender walls if the steering wheel is turned all the way to the left or right. I did not know that these tires that I was sold at the time were to big for the car. Front steering idler arm, front brake pads/rotors. 3/30/2013, Full Tune up, Ex. Pipe Rear, Rear wheel cylinders, axle lines bleed system, flush cooling system, replace bad radiator. muffler, resonator. 4/15/2013, R/R Instrument Panel, Front wheel bearings and front susp. adjustment and lube, R/R 2 rear air shocks, R/R starter. 7/12/2013-change engine oil, filter and lube, Replace broken front left outer tie rod, Installed cotter pins on both tie rods, two wheel alignment. 8/9/2013- Clean and adjust rear drum brakes, check coolant leak, remove radiator and repair/replace leaking drain plug, Exhaust all intact and no loose or rattling parts, inspect air ride system for functionality, air ride system working properly-no problems at this time. Check tune up service, all tune up components are in excellent condition and installed properly. Perform transmission fluid exchange service. 7/11/2014-lube, oil and filter change. 03/16/2015- Interstate battery installed, lube, oil and filter change. 6/23/1015- Air conditioning service, Service air conditioner, Evacuate and recharge with with R-134. Perform leak test, install ultraviolet leak detection dye to isolate any future leaks in the system. Test system performance. New Interstate MT7-78 battery installed in 3/14/2015. 8/28/2015. Remove and replace Alternator drive belt, repair and reseal vehicle speed sensor, rear differential fluid exchange. Note: The engine has worn valve seals causing slight oil consumption and excessive tailpipe smoke when engine is first started. Had the engine valve seals work done in 2016. No more tail pipe smoke on start up or otherwise. 5/4/2016- Oil change, filter, Tire rotation not needed at this time, Coolant and transmission fluid condition look fine, no exhaust rattling heard at this time, no troubles with brakes, but emergency brake sticks when trying to release. Replace parking brake release diaphram, check air conditioning operation for summer. Air conditioning working fine at this time. Turn signal clicking does not seem loud enough, Reattach flasher and clip to column support. Two wheel alignment complete, Replace transmission mount. Replace intake manifold gasket, Replace speedometer sensor, top off transmission fluid. Cleaned throttle body, Replaced valve seals, Remove cylinder heads, sublet to machine shop for complete valve job. 5/23/2016- R/R engine oil pan. Replace oil pump and oil pressure sensor. Replaced oil sending unit. Power antenna fixed 12-3-2012. Brand new radio and speakers installed 8-13-2013. I have the original working Cadillac cassette player, 1990 service manual, two owners manuals, 1990 Cadillac cassette tape that goes over the car with the owner. Comes with a car cover that the original owner had and has the tool to unlock and lock the wire wheel covers. Has two sets of Cadillac gold keys that were never cut and fout Cadillac key chains. Two sets of gold keys that are cut and two sets of GM keys one set is cut and one is not. Don't have the original window sticker but has the blue made in Texas sticker on the left rear small window.
