1989 Cadillac Brougham d' Elegance

Up for auction is a 1989 Cadillac Brougham d' Elegance. It has some issues. Most of them can be seen in the pictures and video. There is some surface rust spots here and there, I don't know if that can be seen in the pics. The air conditioner does not work. I do not know about the heater since it is so hot here. It runs and drives smooth and is from Springdale, Arkansas. It does have the owners manual still. The trunk is clean, I will get a picture up tomorrow. It has a clean Arkansas Title.
