Description

1955 Chevy 2 door wagon for sale. Cragar wheels with new tires. Less than 100 miles on the tires. Brand new American autowire harness. Six new pieces of glass in the doors and back side glass. Curved glass is not new. Windshield does have a crack. The car does have some rust. The floorboards in the front have had some patch work. They should be replaced. Drip rail has light rust around the edges which most of these cars have. The tailgate has heavy rust. It will need new skins or be replaced. The door jambs below the corners or the windshield have rust. The bottoms of the doors also have rust. The car is 60 years old so it's going to have rust. When I bought the car it had 2" drop spindles. I removed them and replaced them with brand new stock spindles with brand new disc brakes. New shocks, ball joints and new springs in the front. The rear end is not original. I do not know what it came from but it has big GM drum brakes. It has AC/Heat from vintage air. It works good. Power steering and ididit tilt steering column. Brand new electric wiper motor and wipers installed. Engine is an 86+ 350 block. Actual mileage on engine is unknown. I did not build this motor so I do not know what is inside. It runs and drives well. It has a TH350 transmission. HEI distributor. New fuzzies on windows. All of the steering linkage is new. The car tracks well. Gas tank is pretty new with new sending unit. Inline electric fuel pump. The seats are in good shape. Rear seat folds up and down as it should. Dual exhaust is pretty new running out the back. The car is in good shape and it has a lot of good parts on it. I'm only selling it because I am out of room. It is a good driver. Please feel free to ask questions about the car before you bid if needed.
