Description

This Is a customized 1952 Chevy 5 window truck. It has power tilt steering, 4 speed overdrive auto transmission,(4l60e)power disc brakes in front, rear drums. New master cylinder,Fuel injected Vortec engine, New heavy duty aluminum radiator, aftermarket air filter. The truck haselectric wipers, with new arms and blades,LED taillights, custom headlights, 12 volt electricalsystem with new electronic gauges.New Windows (light green tint)and seals, new headliner and door cards, new steering wheel, bucket seats.Truck is painted 2 stagemetallic dark blue with metallic silver. This is not a "show truck". Expect that there will be blemishes/ imperfections etc.Gas tank is under the bed, filler door is hidden,Gas filler on cab, and front hood emblem are shaved, stake pockets filled, bed ends are capped, Bed has been "mini tubbed". Truck is in good, solidshape for its age! North Tx all its life, Still has its original cab corners. Floors have been replaced and coated with truck bed liner for protection. It has been off the road since 1981, Doors open/close nice!Front independentsuspension has new drag link, idler arm, and all new tie rod ends.Front coils have been clipped, Rear has 2 inch lowering blocks.Front tires have less than 10 miles on them, rears are also low miles but not exactly sure. They are Mickey Thompsons, I measured them at approximately 12 inches across, mounted on old school mags, not sure of brand. Miles advertisedreflect what was on the odometer of the original truck. The frame and drivetrain came from a daily driven, tagged and inspected 1994 s10 extended cab, so parts are easy to find, and the truck drives like a lowered late model truck.I am sure there will be some more work to be done, for example, the alignment has not been done since the new parts were installed, The speedometer has not been synced yet,( pushing a button a few times while driving).Truck still has factory senders, not sure of their accuracy,I have the ones that came with the new gauges, just not installed yet. Although seat belts are not required, I would not drive too far or too fast without them. The truck has cruise control, but I never checked to see if it works. As with any old modifiedtruck, there might be bugs to work out. This truck is being sold "as is" no warranty of any kind. You are bidding to own the truck, not right of first refusal. Bid only what you can/will pay. Immediate $500 non-refundabledeposit is required upon winning bid to separate the serious bidder from the not so serious!I have the title to the 1952 truck, the police inspection report, and the title to the 1994 s10. I also have the original I6 engine that came with the truck (locked up) that can go with upon request, otherwise, I will scrap it after the new owner picks up the truck. You are welcome to set up a time to come see the truck and I will do my best to accommodate you. Happy bidding!
