1993 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Pace Car
Description
Foster's Car Company invites you to consider this clean Carfax, documented, limited production 1993 Camaro Z28 Indy Pace Car. While there are alot of stories and opinions out there about these vehicles we represent this car to the best of our knowledge and research. There were only between 633 and 645 of these cars ever produced. This particular one was once owned by the well respected in the community Matt Murphy and has been in Georgia its whole life. It is production sequence number 9 and was number 29 of the "Festival Pace Cars" that were driven at the Indy 500. It was driven by a man named David Kosene. This exceptional collector car has only has 12k original miles and is in excellent condition. It is equipped with the 350 c.i. engine with a ultra rare 6-speed manual transmission. Some people believe there were 2 of these produced with a manual other say only 1. We do not represent this to be the original transmission as it very may have well been converted like several were post production. It retains the strobe lights which were used as it ran on the Indy track. Our research shows that these are original to the car although there are some that would argue. There is also and inverter installed in order to plug the strobes into an electrical outlet for static display to save the car battery. Everything on this car has been found to work to the best of our knowledge and is in excellent condition. Yes this includes the A/C, buttons, switches, locks, windows, latches, ect.. It is important buyers do their own research when buying a collector car like this, Foster's Car Co. is not to be held responsible for errors in facts stated in this ad.
