I have a 1992 Chevy S-10 shortbed with 50k actual miles for sale. It has the 2.8 fuel-injected V-6 with a 5 speed overdrive manual transmission. Other options include tonneau cover, working air conditioning, aftermarket AM/FW/CD player, tilt wheel, delay wipers, sliding rear window, cloth seats power steering and power brakes.
Mechanically, this truck is in excellent shape; it's tight and quiet (for an S-10) and drives as it should. It was my daily driver until about two weeks ago. The interior is very clean with no rips or holes, the dash pad has no cracks and all the doors and windows work right. Tires are about 50-60%.
The main issue with this truck is the body. There is surface rust on most of the panels, and a couple of small holes, one in the lower left front fender and one in the lower passenger door skin. All the factory paint above the style line is in good shape, so it's a fairly straightforward job that could be tackled by anyone with reasonable bodywork skills, or an inexpensive job for a body shop/MAACO. Floors and bed are solid, and tailgate is good.
I'm looking for cash, no trades. Pickup in person. Clear Indiana title in my name. Zero or negative bidders need to message me or their bids will be cancelled.
This is a good little truck, and it should last a long time if the body is taken care of. Buy with confidence; this truck has never been apart or tinkered with in any way. Brakes, steering and clutch are all in good shape.
Thanks for looking.
