Description

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SENT MESSAGES: I am getting bounce backs when I try to respond to messages, if you need to reach me call or text my cell @ 401-316-3858 and I will get back to you during non-working hours, sorry for the inconvenience.

NOTE: Have made running edits here in response to numerous questions.

Picked this project up last year (July 2016) and just don't have time or space for it. Last owner bought it in Hershey back in 2003, it was restored as you see here well prior to that. Last inspection sticker is 2005 (MA), it was in storage since then pretty much for over 10+ years. Paint hasnicks & scratches not visible here, and thewood bed which was once varnished/painted to match is now peeling & tired (but solid).

Since I got it I've worked on getting her sorted out mechanically first, and replaced or repairedthe entire fuel system (new cab mounted fuel tank, new stainless lines, new fuel pump, carb rebuild). She is running and drivable (but fussy),carb linkage still needs work (stumbles/stalls on low idle without some choke). I have a spare carbbut not an exact match, swapping it out requires changing fuel line routing (again). Truck is currently a V8, but wasoriginally a 6best we can tell (radiator mounting indicates 6cyl). Welocatedblock casting # and the current engine is a 1967 283 2 bolt main V8, but carb setup is a 2 barrel with manual choke (67 should be an auto-choke).

Interiorstill needs work, including heater core (if you want heat), and work on wiper motor (not currently working). No radio, no radio blank plate, but still has original knock out dimensions. I have another better instrument gauge cluster, and some interior trim parts (chrome window & door handles, vent glass)not shown here that will go with it, I just didn't get to installing all the parts I dug up for her yet.

I haveincluded 2 sets of tires/rims, the stockones w/hubcaps have dry rotted tires, the customs are good to go. Also included here is an upgraded interior of 2009 Mini bucket seats ($1,000) and a 2010 Buick Enclave SUV rear seat console ($250) I'd planned to install, the original bench seat (ripped) remains in the truck as of today (see pix).

Note this is not an A+ restoration, but more of a C+/B- repaint of a daily driver. Cab metalappears original with some bodywork + paint, bed & rear fenders looks like new metal except for tailgate. I was told it was originally a southwest car, underneath is unrestored but all intact and functional (I have driven her maybe 100 miles since I got her). Original solid front axle, non-power steering, original single master cylinder, all drum brakes, original 6 lug wheel hubs etc. Contact me for more pix, E-Bay add is limited to 12 max.

Buyer shall pick up vehicle, no shipping included, bring a trailer.
