1976 Chevrolet Camaro Type LT 5.0L
Description
1976 Camaro Type LT. Car is a barn find. Has been sitting since 1988. Car was fully serviced, with record on driver door jam, all fluids top to bottom before being parked. Only took about 30 min to get running after 30yrs of sitting. Paint still had wax on it when I washed off the dust. Only major problem with body is rear quarter panel. A barn door broke free some years ago and smacked it. Other than that body is great. Under carriage is amazing. Not a spec of rust. Car was parked on frame with tires off ground, and battery removed. Interior is clean, mild tearing in driver seat. Headliner drooping. Otherwise in very good condition. All Glass is great, comes with extra driver door glass. Not sure why it was there, wassitting in back seat. Also comes with factory spare and original roadside tools.
Very first year of the 305, and pretty sure its the TH350 trans. After checking all thefluids, to my amaze the oil is still golden, the atf looks and smells great, coolant brightgreenect. Idecided to turn her over. Only took 3 bumps withstarter fluid before she ran onher own. Fired right up, ran through its cold cycle and came to a nice idle, no smoke at all! Only mechanical issue known, the master cylinder leaked its fluid past the o-rings so it has no brakes other than e-brake. Just needs o-ring kit (or new master, veryinexpensive) and a good bleeding.
100% Bone Stock (other than an added 8trac player lol), ready to be woken up and modded. I would like to keep this car and put time into it, however i knowit'll sit years more before I have the time and $ to mess with it. Its ready to be brought back to the road now.
I have expressed as much as I know about the car to the best of my knowledge. Feel free to message me with any questions. Have title, clean and clear. Happy Bidding!
