The original drive train was removed and replaced with a low mileage fuel injected LS engine/trans in order to provide a more practical and modern ride. This suburban can be driven anywhere and easily cruise on the interstate at 85mph.

Miscellaneous:
I've worked on this vehicle off and on for around 4-5 years, and it's been built from the inside out with some of the best products available. I have always planned on painting this vehicle but simply don't have the time in the near future. Wouldvery much like tosee it go tosomeone that would appreciate and enjoy it. ·The engine compartment, interior and underneath are currently in excellentcondition. The paint is driver quality w/patina.
·The suspension is currently bagged on shredder valves. It can be driven like it is, but Ihad always planned ona full turn-key air ride setup, or you can convert it to springs by simply replacing the bags with springs.
·The only rust issues are a spot about the size of a dime in the lower front corner of the driver's door and in the driver's side cab brace. This suburban still has the original rockers that are in great shape.
·There is also some filler in the rear tailgate (about a 5â€x 5" section) and around the rear taillights.
