1976 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray L48 Coupe
Purchased locally from an older couple in their 70's. The couple had owned the car for at least 11 years. I was told the car has a recent rebuild on the engine with flat top pistons and the works. I have not pulled any engine parts to verify. I do know it has the 350 Engine that runs strong and fires right up. The man that I got it from had to sell due to his wife being sick.
What has been done to the car:

It looks good but doeshave paint flawsI have new carpet (which has not been installed) included in the saleRear view mirrors were removed for paint and have not been reinstalled.I just bought the car and know nothing about it other than what the couple told me. He told me that the mileage was 41K and he can't swear to me but he said he believes the mileage is correct. He had been driving the car and told me that he did not drive it much, so I believe the speedo should work since he had been driving it. I have no way of verifying the mileage. It appears that all gauges work except the speedometer which may just need hooked up. The car does have factory air conditioning but I am not sure what it needs. The lights work and has factory radio which does work but the antenna is missing the nut to hold it. This car would make someone a very nice corvette stingray. It needs a few minor things and does have new paint job but some flaws. It does drive and run good to me. I have only driven it home after buying it. The dash and interior look good with normal wear and the power windows work. The vehicle comes with a clear title.Sold As Is with no warranty. Buyer must pay 500 deposit via paypal within 24 hours of auction end. Final payment must be made via bank certified check or cash within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for shipping.

To clear up the title as we have to put in the description whether or not the title is clear. Georgia law does not require a title for vehicles before 1981. In order to tag the vehicle or resale it it must be inspected by a law enforcement official and once he signs off on the form. It is legal. The VIN number is called in and verified by the law officer. My DMV office said that all a person will need to get it titled is a copy of the bill of sale and the law enforcement verification form for any state to get the vehicle titled in the buyers name,
