Description

No reserve auction last bid can win the truck. Up for auction is a rare find locked in time 1971 Chevy pick up truck custom c20 this is as good as it gets this truck still has the 1970's Pioneer am fm cassette deck and the 1970's electric brakes system for towing, it had two owners since new, from what I know the truck had a camper on the truck installed by the first owner, the truck was hardly ever use, it sat most of the years like most RV's and motor homes. The second owner who owns the truck pulled the camper out in 2007 and started to restore the truck, he put a new radiator, new fan shroud, new clutch new water pump, new electric ignition distributor plugs and wires, new steering rack, new starter, new hoses, all fluids changed. after all this parts where replaced the truck was driven locally 15, 20 miles on the weekends total driven was more or less than 700 miles and was parked in 2008 on storage till the fist of the this month was taken out after 9 years in storage. the fuel tank was drain and clean, the engine oil was clean but was just replaced, radiator flashed and replaced new fluid. after the 9 years in storage there are no oil leaks at all. The truck was never used in any heavy work at all, the truck has most of all the original parts, was painted one time from the original green to the 80's two tone style, the truck was painted over 20 years ago including the the seat was done at the same time as the paint, still looks like new, It has the well known 350 motor with a 4 speed manual transmission, the truck runs and drive very smooth and very strong motor, it looks to me that this truck had no abused at all, it has the sliding window in the back, this was rare in the 70's. The tuck belongs to an uncle it is the reason I am putting it at no reserve he is no longer able to restore the truck because of medical issues, so the truck will sell to the last bidder put your bid in so you have a reminder before the auction ends. beautiful truck, you wont find another one in this conditions and true millage. good luck on bidding and ask all the question you want before the auction ends.
