Description

With too many other projects on our hands my father and I have decided not to keep our 1972 Chevy Pickup we recently purchased. The truck is overall pretty solid, with the cab corners and outer rockers in seemingly good shape, although as you can see in the pictures there is some rust under the carpet. There are a few dents and dings but this truck deserves a new life, if you have any questions I did not answer please do not hesitate to ask. Notice on the SPID the "Special promotional package B" - this isn't your run of the mill Custom Deluxe but the rare and often forgotten Highlander Package truck that has had Cheyenne Super badges added to it, unfortunately THIS IS NOT A TRUE CHEYENNE SUPER, but it is a true Highlander package truck.
Heavily optioned truck that originally came with Tach, tilt, and posi. rear end and had aftermarket AC added, TILT AND POSI WERE REMOVED BEFORE WE PURCHASED and are not included in the sale. The truck is missing the original plaid seat, the steering column/wheel, front and rear bumpers, carburetor, etc. as you can see in the pictures. It has a 350/350, power steering, powering brakes, and a non-posi rear end out of a '71 suburban (gear ratio unknown). We have not attempted to get it running/driving/stopping and were told it has been sitting for at least 8 years outside in Portland.
Additional pictures available upon request, please do not hesitate to ask for additional pictures or questions, I am not trying to hide anything, just want to find a good home for it. Truck has a clean Oregon title and is sold as is with a non-refundable deposit of $500 due at end of auction. Paypal or bank transfer only, buyer is responsible for vehicle transport but my father and I can deliver it to a local transporter, again VEHICLE DOES NOT RUN but comes with 4 rollers (not front wheels shown in picture on trailer). Buyer has two weeks from end of auction to make shipping arrangements.
