1964 Chevy Step Side Pick Up For Sale

Great looking rust free Restomod Step Side Pick Up. Nice lowered stance achieved with lowering spindles, shocks and springs and urethane front and rear suspension kit. The truck still has 60 percent of the original paint showing. The remainder is either Patina or Primer. Drives like a dream with plenty of power. The truck has after market Air Conditioning and Heat. AC is ready to go, just needs to be charged.

Front suspension is from a 1981 Chevy Pick Up. (Front cross member including suspension, anti-sway bar, Power Steering box, steering linkage, and front disc brakes.) Differential is from a 1997 Z-28 Camaro with disc brakes. Giving this truck 4 wheel disc brakes. Tires are like new, mounted on 16 inch Rally Wheels with Bow Tie Spinners.

Drive train is a strong running 327 cid V8 with Edelbrock Cam, Roller Rockers, Aluminum Intake and 4 barrel Carb. Ceramic headers and turbo mufflers handle the exhaust. The transmission is a professionally rebuilt 700 R4 Automatic Overdrive. Shifter is a 23" Lokar Classic look model replicating the old Granny Shifter that trucks came with. Cooling is with an Aluminum Radiator with shroud and 2 thermostatically controlled electric fans.

All hoses ( brake, radiator, heater ac, fuel) have been updated. Wiring is with an EZ Wire Loom and fuses box. Master Cylinder and fuel pump have been updated.

New interior with bucket seats, carpeting and console. Modern TPI gauges, Grant Steering wheel with Bow Tie horn button mounted on a chrome tilt steering column, CD Player / Radio with kick panel speakers round out this nice looking interior, The behind the seat gas tank has been removed and filler hole filled in. The old tank has been replaced with a 15 gallons fuel cell under the bed with locking filler cover.

The interior sides of the truck bed are covered with bed liner and the bed floor is aluminum Diamond Plate. In the bed is a low profile locking tool box that houses the battery and battery box. There is also a frame mounted tow hitch.

Nice looking front and rear chrome bumpers, chrome grill and chrome Headlight Bezels.

Tinted windshield and rear window glass are like new. The tailgate chains were removed and replaced with Hidden Stainless steel Tailgate latch. Aftermarket cables hold the tailgate up.
