1983 chevy s-10 shop truck,40s 50s chassis swap

1983 Chevy s-10 long wheel base. mostly solid body with rust starting in couple areas above wheels and gas door. Repairable. Fram, chassis and bed and cab floors extremely solid. 2.0 motor runs but has rod noise when revved up. Have not driven on road to test trans but auto trans shifts forward and reverse in yard, brakes are good. tailgate bottom rusting as well. Clear signed title from previous owner. These are disappearing, and I don;t come accross them much anymore. Would be a nice restore or v-8 conversion. This wheelbase works for early 40s and 50s chevy truck body as well.
