Offered for sale is one 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu 2dr. This car looks great. The body is straight, the paint is shiny and the Interior is very clean. Start her up and the built 400 has an awesome sound to her. There is so much good about this car but there is an issue. She starts right up and sounds great. The problem is when she gets to about 150 degrees it starts to act up. There is plenty of power and oil pressure until then. At about 150 degrees she starts to smoke and lose oil pressure. She never gets over 190 but at that point there is some ticking from the loss of oil pressure. So I shut her down. This is the way I got the car so not sure what caused it. But I would say it could use a freshen up or maybe time for a Big Block! This car does show signs of previous rust repair and current rust. The frame seems to look good and what rust it has is repairable.
