1968 Chevrolet Impala convertible from California. Still has California title. Nice driver. 307 automatic, power steering, brakes, and top. Very nice top and interior, including seats and dash pad. Paint is around 15 years old and looks really good. Clearly this car has been garaged and cared for. New door and trunk weather seals, new single exhaust, new wheel well moldings. Very nice Chevy Rally Wheels. Car is also very clean underneath. Way above average condition.
There is one very small rust spot in lower passenger quarter, see photo, about one inch in diameter. Tires have decent tread but look old. Motor smokes a bit on startup, seller believes car needs new valve stem rubber seals. Drives good otherwise.
This would be the perfect car to upgrade to a 350 crate performance motor, with very little needed to make it a really nice cruise in car. I am listing this car for a friend, I will provide a phone number as needed for questions. Sold as is and seller reserves the right to end the auction early. Car is located in SE Dallas Texas. Buyer must arrange pickup and shipping. Reserve is reasonable and thanks for viewing this auction.
On Jul-24-17 at 06:40:57 PDT, seller added the following information:CORRECTION: my friend just updated me. It IS a California car - but it has an Ohio title. Also the car does not have power brakes - but the seller can include a power brake booster if the buyer wants one,
